When will i get the gifts as part of my fibre upgrade

Hi I have agreed to fibre upgrade. The call boost goes live tonight but had no email re the echo dot 4th generation and smart plug promised with the upgrade

Hi. This morning I received the email with the code to redeem my free Echo Dot from Amazon.

i have made several attempts to apply the code but it keeps coming up as ‘Invalid’
