WiFi Channel Resetting

Hi,

 

Can you please switch off the WiFi Optimisation as it keeps resetting 5Ghz to channel 36 which is unstable/overcrowded, I set it to 108.

 

I have had this done before but recently switched over routers so need this switching off again.

Hi @Squidge87 

 

There may be another option, but I need to check with another customer who has had this applied to their Sagemcom. I will PM this customer now & when they come back to me, I will know whether this has worked or not.

Ah fair enough, il wait until Monday if they can’t do it anymore il swap back in the previous router which had it done and stays on the channel I select!

It can't be done any more, @Squidge87.

 

@KeithFrench may be able to advise you further. Staff won't be back on here before Monday.
