Hello,
I moved property last year. And the gaent handling my switch incorrectly had me set up a new account under a new email address which has caused a heap of problems.
I spoke with someone at TalkTalk and eventually after 4 months resolved this issue with my old address account.
However the late payment markers on my credit file are still there even though this has been resolved as not a late payment.
How can these be removed?
