Signed up for FF150 on 9 Jan 2023. After 7 alleged live dates I eventually got connected on 15 Mar. I have a complaint (CMP 396535) ongoing and have been promised resolution many times with no result and no calls.  They were to call me yesterday (29th) did not happen, neither did todays call. This is on top of their many other broken promises. I am currently investigating other ISPs as this is now intolerable. As an aside I am getting maybe mid 50s when the promised speed is 120 and no one, but no one understands how voip works.

As mentioned here, staff on the forum cannot intervene while there is an ongoing complaint, @Bloodrayne.

However, I'll escalate this thread as they may be able to send feedback re the phone call promises not being honoured  - that is extremely disappointing.
