Apologies if this would be better suited to the Billing forum.

 

My 24 month Full Fibre 150 contract is approaching renewal, the only option for 'upgrade' available on my account is to renew the same package at £39.95 pcm. 

 

It seems the only financially worthwhile option is to leave TalkTalk and then either move to another provider or re-register for the Full Fibre 500 package at £35 pcm.

 

Why such poor options for existing customers?

Yes, the support agent was very helpful and able to find a package for me to upgrade to rather than having to switch provider.

It is usually better to phone in and negotiate or use Chat, @LukeStaunton.

 

My Account deals are not usually the best they can offer.

 

03451 720088 is open till 6pm today (not open on Sunday for this).
