Hi Yvonne51

Your minimum term ended 01/11/2023 meaning the price reverts to full price and probably any discounts will have ended.  Call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available

Sorry for any inconvenience caused

Your bill will show details on it. Look in My Account, @Yvonne51.

If you moved house with Talktalk but didn't recontract, using the Home Move team there would be a £60 charge.

If you took out a new contract, it won't necessarily be at the same rate as before, but there shouldn't also then be the moving charge.

If you are out of contract, you'll be paying full price as all discounts will have ended.

All sorts of reasons why you might be paying more.

If you leave while in a minimum term, there are early termination fees.

Ring 03451 720088 if it's not clear in My Account. You would need to ring them anyway to cancel, as it can't be done on the forum.

Staff can check the current bill if you complete your community forum profile details and enter your Talktalk landline number  / account number in Personal IInformation. Go via your avatar/name; settings.....SAVE  CHANGES.
