I have just received an Eero 6 but can't connect my phone without a DVA. Can you send me one please?

Thanks Debbie. I've reset the DVA and the phone line is much better. After my friend said he couldn't hear what I was saying when I phoned him yesterday, I tried phoning my mobile. The sound was horrendous but I now think that was due to the proximity of my mobile to the landline causing feedback! Anyway, I have phoned my friend this morning after the reset and all seems clear at both ends!

Morning @Barjohn

I'm sorry to hear this.

Could you try resetting the DVA?  Digital Voice Adapter - TalkTalk Help & Support

If your Digital Voice adapter or router has stopped working, we may ask you to reset it to check everything's working as intended. To do this:

  1. Insert a pin or straightened paper clip into the hole labelled “Reset” on your Digital Voice adapter.
  2. Slightly push and hold it in for up to 20 seconds; or until all the lights, apart from the power light, switch off. Once this happens release the reset button.

Factory reset of the device will take a full 15 minutes and you need to wait until the allotted time has passed for the full factory reset to be completed. After 15 minutes, check your Digital Voice adapter device and try to re-test to check if the issue resolved.

If you get a distorted dial tone or crackly line after setup, then we recommend  a  reboot of your equipment (turn it off and back on again). Test with another handset.

I have now got the DVA and tried to install the new system with EERO 6. The broadband is OK but the phone is not working properly. I can hear the person at my end but they can't hear me because of a lot of interference. Any suggestions?
