- FTTP installed today by Openreach
- Fibre 500 with Eero pro 6
- Previous posts hint it could be an activation issue, or the S/N needs to be linked?
All help would be greatly appreciated, please do ask for any more information that’s needed.

Some more useful information:
- I have tried using 4 separate devices to connect with the eero app, all of which had the same result
- The engineer did manage to get past that point on their own phone, but I have not been able to replicate that
- I have tried restarting the router, hard resetting the router, unplugging cables, etc and none helped
