I have been in discussion for a few months about engineer charge when I was given wrong information. He said the aerial was the problem right after he left I rebooted the router and the tv channels I was missing returned. I explained this but TH said I must still pay.
I have sent 2 emails as per Complaints code of TT and no-one has been in touch. Could this be looked into please

The fault says missing channels can you remember which channels where missing?
