Being having massive issues with our Wi-Fi speed these past two weeks, connection problems, drop-outs etc. Eero app getting around 16-19mbps when it should be 150ish.
Not happy that I’m paying for such a slow connection when it was working fine. Contract is due for renewal and thinking it’s time to move elsewhere. Appreciate if someone from support can look into this issue and contact me. Thanks.

Yer rebooting works in that I get back to 150ishMbps but the seemingly gets slower. Only noticed it these past two weeks but the consistency isn’t the same

Have you tried turning the ONT off for a full 30 mins?
