Hi there.
I created this temp account just so i could make this post.
First of all I can't log in to myaccount on any of my devices.
After the site attempts to load I get this error message
I even tried to login passwordless but the code I'm sent doesn't ever work
I literally cant access talktalk myaccount at all!
I can still connect to my home network. But the speed of my network has dropped significantly.
Its supposed to be over 150 Mbps.
Anyway. I apologise as this is not a lot of information to work with. But my email address associated with myaccount seems to be locked out.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Hi there Chris.
The issue was confirmed by talktalk to be affecting many users. So it wasn't just me. It just so happened to occur at the worst possible time.
Issue is now resolved. I can access myaccount.

Staff on the forum are away till Tuesday, @Fodderbot1.
Helpful if you can add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information for staff to identify your account, in case there's anything peculiar to your account rather than a more general problem.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu select Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

You are not alone, this is affecting lots of people, I had issues about 11am and after wasting half an hour on chatI eventually get told that there is an issue affecting lots of accounts,

Sorry. I forgot to mention that I bought a new android tablet and gaming laptop recently.
Adding these new devices to my network might play a factor in locking me out i suppose?
I do have alot of devices connected to my eero.
