Intermittently faulty router

Hi Guys,

 

My Hub 2 is faulty. A couple of days ago, it could not authenticate with the network to get internet access, its light flashed amber and white. I tried another router in its place, and that worked OK. After a day, I put the Hub 2 back on, and it was fine. However, it has just died again with the same symptoms. With the older router on in its place, I do have service again.

 

Please can it be replaced,
