Recently got full fibre installed. bur can't get Phone to work. I received the eero 6 router but no phone adapter. I purchased an adapter but get line error when I plug directly into EERO 6 router.

 

I also tried attaching a Grandstream HandyTone HT801.  I get a dial tone but whatever number I ring I get a busy signal. When I ring the landline I get cut off.

I've sent out a Digital Voice Adapter to you.  This should arrive in the next couple of days.  We can then see if this will register with our equipment here and can then test your voip service.
