If I have Fibre 500, which includes Netflix, do I need a separate Netflix account? I have one at the moment, but am worried that if I cancel it, I won't be able to get Netflix through my box, as I have never been asked to set it up?

TalkTalk no longer offer Netflix services and have recently contacted customers to advise that if they pay for Netflix via TalkTalk then this has ceased and customers should continue to pay directly via Netflix.
In your case, if you have your own Netflix account with them directly, continue with this. You can still use your Netflix login details to access Netflix via the TV BOX.
