Hi, I have received an eero 6 with instructions on how to get the app. What I don't have is the Grandstream component to be able use my phone. Will that be sent to me soon please?

I am not even sure what that means? The Grandstream should be preconfigured to link with the eero on your TalkTalk connection and if you follow the instructions it should just work. Mine did.

Yes, I have a Hub2 with voice port. I would like to switch to the eero. I will wait for someone pick this up on Monday - please let me know if I need to make contact again.

Ah, OK, did you previously use the Hub 2 with the phone connected to the voice port? You can continue to use that if you wish. Or if you prefer to switch to the eero with DVA then the support team here can sort this out for you when they are back online from Monday.

Hi, thank you for the quick reply. I already have the Full Fibre package and I did not order the eero, it was sent to me but without the VoIP part. I thought it was probably because I have just renewed my contract.

I presume you did order a Full Fibre with VoIP package, when is the go live date?
