Not going to have wifi for a week

I haven’t had wifi for 4 days now been talking to support and they said they would send an engineer out yesterday but didn't show up, been chatting for an hour on online chat and said that the account is greyed out and will be resolved in 7 days, I paid for wifi but sitting at home with none and having to wait till next week. don't know why they didn't book another appointment for the engineer to come out?
