Just like so many others and recent posts I have switched from TT to Vodafone using one touch switching. This went through successfully and I recieved all emails and communications from Vodafone and Openreach indicate my new Vodafone service is up and running. I also received emails from TT saying they have been informed I am moving to another provider and aksing me to reconsider, if I wanted to stay.
On the morning of the switch (16/12/24) the TT connection was down and I connected the Vodafone equipment which was setup including new broadband landline number.
However I am and still being billed by TT. I have raised this via the chat facility / phone calls / emails and subsequently raising complaint CMP-812960 / ET-1030754 and many more emails to the ‘Heretohelp’ email. However so far I have not been able to get my account closed and final bill issued, despite TT saying they will issue a final bill within 10 days of the move.
I am also expecting a refund for the money paid to TT since 16/12/24.
There have been a number of recent posts for the same issue (eg as below). Which have been resolved via the community who facilitate the closure of the TT accounts.

Your bill will be produced on the 8th Feb, which you can view in My Account. Your account is in credit currently so you can request a refund via My Account which remains active for 12 months.

I haven't been given my final bill. I have asked for this time on no less than 3 occasions but always being ignored ( via customer service email). Please send it to me. Showing my last day with TT.
It is very dissapointing the way your customer services are behaving.

There is no message board called "cancelling".
The billing message board that your post has been moved to, @Mandy100, is the only suitable one for this topic.
The tags / labels when you first post don't direct you to any message board, they just indicate to staff what more specific issues the topic is needing covered.
We have no access to the tags - only you see them while setting up the initial post.

Can you put this in "cancelling" please. It seems that others with similar issues have had the matter resolved when tagged there. Thanks in advance.

The tag was wrong. It needs to be changed to billing, refunds, cancelling. Please can you fix? It is not correct right now.
