Renewal price differs from email

I received an email from talk talk as my fibre 900 contract expires next month. The email says I can renew for £45 per month for another 24 months, however when I go online to do this the price is £54 per month. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

I suspect it adds TV or other extras online, best option is to call.

The cheapest deals where renewals are concerned is by contacting the Loyalty Dept (0345 1725157 or 0330 12789).
