Any word on this at all?

 

I am using another providers internet since 3rd May. I have spoken to 4 people in Talk Talk on the phone this week who say that my cancellation has been rejected twice. This has apparently now been passed to the 'back office' 

 

Do you know how this is likely to be resolved? The only reason i am asking on this forum as well is that the information i have received on the phone has proved not to be true. For example emails would be sent confirming cancellation but nothing has arrived.

If you have switched Full Fibre providers you should also have notified TalkTalk, I know, it's more complicated than it should be. I have re-escalated this and one of the support team should advise further. I will leave it here rather than moving to the Billing section for your own convenience.

Hi Debbie,

 

Just further to this - the reason I asked for the returns bag is that i have left TT and am now with another provider since 3rd May. For some reason my TT account appears not to have been cancelled despite the new provider being required to do so. I have just received a bill from TT for up to the end of June!

 

Please can you check this and cancel my account? Seems very strange as the account is meant to be cancelled since I am now with another provider.
