Since Wednesday of last week, my fibre broadband has dropped every couple of hours. The router light is still showing as solid white but the only thing which fixes the issue is resetting the router.
it’s 0715 and I’ve had to do this twice today already!

Our network teams are investigating this as a priority. We will share any information as we get it.
Can you also try changing the DNS settings in the router to use google DNS and see if this helps.
Google DNS - 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
