Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong place.

I'm trying to upgrade from fibre 65 to 150, although I haven't received a confirmation email and the engineer is supposedly coming out today. It still says upgrade to fibre 150.

I thought that was weird too, hopefully they come through and it's not something wrong with my phone haha.  

Do I still need to renew the fibre 65 or will it carry over?

Strange.  The install is set for the 12.10.23 so you should start receiving SMS messages nearer that date.

Hi, I've checked my yahoo spam folder too and there's nothing in there which is why I was confused as to why I'd had no confirmation email

it was to a yahoo address, which is different from the one you used for the community.

Thanks mate, I have done they're empty for some strange reason. At least the confirmation is there.
