My installation should have been on the 1st November, but the team had issues getting fibre to my property. This was fixed on Friday and there is now a cable outside my house.
I tried to contact CityFibre but they say talk to your ISP, so can I confirm when the installation within the house will now happen?
Also, I had been sent a new router previously, is it still that router which should be used as it has the phone line covered over?

You will need to call and ask to speak to the full fibre team on 03451720088 they will need to check your order.

Remove the sticker to plug the phone in there once you are on Full Fibre, @Jason10jedburgh.
