NEED SOME HELP?

Hi,

I ordered Fibre 500 back in October and was entitled to a £75 gift card, but am having to chase due to not receiving this within the 90 days. I need to give my Order ID starting with an 'N' but looking back on all my emails, I never received this information.

Can someone point me to where I could find this, or message me to let me know what my Order ID is?

Please start your own thread, @pedalsteel, as, if there is anything to follow up, you don't want to create confusion on another customer's thread.
