My WiFi internet connection has been dropping out over the last 3/4 days .. I’ve had to switch the router on and off multiple times a day .. a general issue ? Or just mine .. given up with the talk talk chat after over an hour waiting for an agent

WiFi connection seems to have settled down post the fix mid last week. Thanks to everyone for the help and messages. Do we know what caused the issue in the first place ?

Actually I have just called my line and it is now operating, so WIFI has come back of its own accord, as it did yesterday.

Thanks Debbie. My router is currently on just not receiving WIFI or allowing calls, so assume I just leave alone and it will hopefully start working.

I've just been advised that the engineers are hoping that they will be done by 9.30am this morning so we'll post back to confirm once this has been fully completed so you can retest.

Mine has just dropped of this morning at 0730, so would say no the fix has nit been deployed yet, if indeed it is going to work...

Good Morning,
My WIFI has been dropping on/off since Friday. I rebooted the router again last night was hoping with the message that a fix was going to be deployed that it would now be working. .. 0730 this morning the WIFI dropped again. The message on the Web site states that Talk Talk will have initiated the fix by this morning (Wednesday 18th) , does that mean by midday???

This is the latest update on this fault.
Update 8:40PM December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.
