We were sent an additional eero to improve the coverage in our house.

We plugged it in to begin pairing it with our existing one, and all it does is flash yellow, which the instructions say means is an unapproved USBC power source - we plugged it in with the lead provided.

We can't get it to do anything else - is it broken?

Hi @danbek

I'm really sorry to hear this.

I can send you a replacement eero, are you happy for me to arrange this?

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support
