Caller Display not working

Good morning,

Caller Display stopped working about 2 weeks ago, the display shows "External Call".

All 3 handsets show the same message.

Caller Display is shown as active in my account settings.

I have tried the following:

1. Remove the Caller Display option and confirm it's removed, then add it back on.

2. Power down the base unit for a few minutes.

3. Reset the base units and handsets.

None of this has worked, so I assume it must be a fault your end.

Regards

Adrian

Hi @AdrianGrid

Thank you. I'm just looking into this and making some changes to try and resolve this issue.

I will post back here as soon as I have further information.

Hi AdrianGrid

Can you add your TalkTalk account number to your Community Profile (in the Private Notes section) I can then look into this further.

Thanks

Hi Debbie

The master socket doesn't have a test socket that I can see, other than if I unclip the front it reveals the socket that the front cover connects to. I have plugged the phone into this but it has made no difference.

Hi Adrian

I'm sorry to hear this.

Can I just check, have you tested the caller display handset directly at the test socket?
