On 17/08/24 you removed the boosts "Unlimited UK Calls" and "SuperSafe" from my account. Since then, "Caller Display" has also stopped working (the handset now says "Anonymous Out of Area" instead of the phone number). However, when I log into my account it says that Caller Display is active. How can this be fixed please?

Caller display is showing active, could you remove it in My Account, and around an hour later re-add it

We have now rebooted the grandstream and the router, and we also powered off the ONT for several hours but the problem remains. Please investigate at your end.

Have you rebooted all equipment, router, Voice adapter etc ?
Have you also powered off the ONT for 30 minutes to start a new session.
Tests here are showing the calling features are synced across the switch and database.
