Hi everyone,

 

fairly sure this has been discussed previously which clearly shows talk talk aren't listening to their customers but ive got the home boost package add on for phone but want to remove it however its not showing up on the options for the account and i just seem to be pushed all over the place any help would be great.

If you find that you cannot remove a phone Boost via My Account, as has happened in a number of cases, then customer services should be able to do this for you via the usual contact channels. 

 

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
