I want to cancel Unlimited UK Calls Boost before renewing contract

Please advise how I cancel my Unlimited UK Calls Boost. I am now out of contract and considering switching to SKY but would consider remaining with TT if cancelling this unneeded boost could be possible.

@Swilee, any links sent by staff in a PM are time sensitive and need a reply the same day.

Ask them to remove the boost when you speak to an agent via Chat / phone support, @Swilee.

 

If renewing you are usually better off speaking directly with an agent rather than doing an online renewal. 

 

Call 03451 720088 after 9am, until 7pm Monday to Friday, till 6pm Saturday.
