Can you ring me on my mobile as my landline is not working , I need you to fix my landline immediately, im disabled and it's urgent , my landline number is xxxxxxxxxx , it's not working , my mobile is xxxxxxxxxx if you can't resolve this by contacting me immediately I will have to go over to sky
