No incoming or outgoing calls

Hi. I am unable to make or receive calls. Chatted on Mon 6 Jan to customer service, engineer visited yesterday. He said the problem was at the exchange and should be sorted by today ( Thurs 9). Phone still not working. 4 days now. Who should I call, how do I get this fixed?

Hi. I appreciate your help. However I am not happy that this is taking so long. 5 days now without being able to use my phone, and it's probably going to take even longer. This is a terrible way for long time customers to be treated. Also, I find it awfully coincidental that on Wed 8 Jan I was called by TalkTalk customer services regarding upgrading to Full Fibre. Now I did agree to the upgrade, it is only costing me an extra 95p per month, the upgrade is scheduled for Wednesday 29 January. I sincerely hope that I won't have to wait till then to be able to use my home phone. We shall see... I look forward to speaking with you again, probably on Monday. Bye for now.

There nothing further yet. If you don't hear anything later today or over the weekend can you bump the thread on Monday and we'll check again
