I have been without a landline for more than a week. The line is dead and there is no service. Please can someone sort it out?

Good afternoon,
Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential external line fault so I've passed this straight over to Openreach now to complete an external line investigation. We'll check again in the morning to see if we have received an additional update for you.

Yes please. The landline has a buzzing sound, no ringtone. When I dial a number it does not work. However, I can still receive Internet. They use the same line I think. I have updated my profile.
