My land line phone is not working.
It seems like it is going to work, makes a dial tone then the peeps as i dial a number.
the phone is answered but after a couple of seconds it just cuts out, and the has a continuous bleep.
if I try to ring straight back again it has an engaged tone.
i cant receive calls?
any body any idea of the problem?
i have a Grandstream VOIP box.
all three lights are on.
tried unplugging and then switching back on.

Oh please someone reply to this issue. I have it too! Talktalk are doing nothing but I’ve received several text messages saying it’s fixed!

We're just chatting with one of our Network Engineers now and they have asked if you could try resetting the DVA again please, holding the pin in until the leds on top start blinking simultaneously. Please let me know if there is any change following this.

Just powered down my eero and Grandstream, pushed reset pin
and sorry to say it hasn’t resolved the problem!
i still cant make or receive calls, and I am getting quite frustrated now, this is going to be day 3
today.

do you have any updates on when you think our telephones will be
working again?
It is very frustrating not to be able to make or receive calls, especially at this
busy time of the year.
do the engineers know what the problem is?
is it just certain areas or widespread?
any update appreciated, as we are waiting patiently for one!

Have exactly the same problem and frustratingly the web page is saying the fault is resolved...but it isn't. Have powered off/reset twice no luck with landline. In service status it says it cannot check line - so speak to a person
