Openreach have closed the fault and confirmed an external fault was located.

Openreach have allocated a job to their contractors this morning.  As yet they have not given an ETA but we can check back with them in 48hrs.

I've checked and the fault is still under investigation with Openreach at the moment. We'll check again for an additional update later on this afternoon.

Line test is picking up a fault so I've raised this to Openreach for investigation. Openreach will investigate and may contact you directly if they need to access your home
