Moving home. TALK TALK have given me a go live date of 23 February for phone and broadband . They say I can use existing router. This is in one week. I am elderly and need phone service sooner than that for my support needs. Can this date be brought forward please. Have tried calling TalkTalk but impossible to talk with an actual person
