I'd recommend adding Call Safe.
It does mean your regular callers will need to announce themselves to you for you to accept the first time (some regular numbers and call circle numbers will be added automatically, or can can add approved numbers in My Account) but spammers will rarely, if ever announce themselves.
I haven't had a spam call in the 5 years I've used this service
