turn premium rate numbers back on

A few years ago I turned off 'premium rate' calls from the settings page on my account on the talktalk website.
I now want to turn it back on again so I can use premium rate calls but I cannot find how to do this.
It is not listed on the settings page anymore.
Can anyone help please
