4K TV box upgrade

Why is my box not upgrading? It is stuck, flashing red & blue. Message on screen is ‘Your device is upgrading. This will take just a few minutes’. Nothing happening.

Hi
press the button on the side 5 times to initiate a factory reset, then set the box back up again and see if it will complete the update.

Powering off & Restarting did not work

Hi
If it stays like this, power off at the mains for 5 minutes then power back on and see if it restarts.
