4k tv box

I have had my 4k tv box for a couple of months and it has started switching itself off and restarting. Only occasionally at first but now it can happen every 10 minutes. What can I do to stop this?!

Hiya, this did work however a week later the box seems to be doing the same thing again…

I'd suggest doing a reset of the box which will restore it to factory settings. Doing so will mean you lose any recordings if you have them.

 

To reset the box, turn it on and press the button on the left hand side of the box 5 times in quick succession.
