A replacement TV Hub.

I was told on Tuesday by Wendy that a replacement TV Hub would be sent via DHL and would arrive on Wednesday. It did not arrive. It not has arrived today either.

Hi

 

A TV Box order has been placed and has been sent to fulfilment, so not yet dispatched.  

 

The Courier we use currently is Yodel and we usually advise up to 5 days for delivery.  It is often sooner, but we do allow a little leeway for issues a courier may encounter.

Can I assume this was via the phone? Have you tried contacting them again yo check the situation?

 

What was the issue and did you go through reset procedures with Wendy to reset the box?

 

I ask so that staff here will be aware when they pick this up and if you did not try diagnostics to recover the box you may be asked to do so before a replacement can be sent.

 

Please provide information so that we can either help you with resetting the box or staff can check on the replacement issue.
