Box won’t record E4

Hi,

my box is working fine recording all other channels but fails every time I set up something on E4 and E4+1?

Any ideas please?

This is a known issue that is affecting some TalkTalk youview boxes. YouView were looking into this and an issue was found with the broadcaster and a solution was being sought.

 

Since Youview closed their forum no updates can be found for this. Perhaps @Karl-TalkTalk has an update.

 

The advice was to use +1 channels as these are broadcast on different muxes, but you seem to have an issue with E4+1, so that's not an option for you.

 

You will unfortunately need to to live with this until a solution is rolled out.

 

 In the meantime your best option is to use the All4 catchup app.
