Can’t log in to Now app on TV hub

I can’t log in to Now Tv App on my new tv hub box 

I have a Now TV account, but it’s not through TalkTalk,  I could access my Now account on old box but can’t log in on new hub?

Hi

 

Follow the advice from fr8ys and reset your password and try again.

 

TalkTalk do not block the login on the App on the box.

Yes and have been for around a year now.

 

Actually I'm on my second box as I had a picture issue and successfully signed into Now on both these.

 

Perhaps log into Now on your PC or other device and change your password. Then try logging in again. This will eliminate the login values as an issue, but will mean having to sign in on other devices again.

I was able to log on the Now TV app on my old box, but this new smaller hub box is definitely blocking logon! I’ve even deleted the the App and downloaded it again !

Are you using the smaller TVHub box?

TalkTalk cannot block the use of apps.

 

I have signed on and I dont buy mine through TalkTalk.

 

If you are sure you are using the correct credentials, the app may have a bug. Try resetting the box to factory settings and try again. You will have to sign in to other apps again.

 

Resetting the box will download the software again.

I double checked my log ons they are absolutely correct, I don’t think I can use my current logons on the hub Now app because I didn't purchase now Tv subscription through TalkTalk !!

that is sooooo annoying, so looks like I’ll have to cancel my subscription with Now Tv and then repurchase it via talk talk!!! And I’m not happy about that 🤬

Only have problem with Now App, I’ve logged in to all the other apps, no problem with them 🤔

How have you tried logging in?

 

I have found that if you go to the guide, then select something you are subscribed to you then get a login screen to enter your details.
