One of my D-Link DHP300AV seems to have died (no lights coming on) ,,,cant watch access on demand TV / iplayer etc. How do I get a replacement please.

These are not normally supplied to FTTP customers however I have requested that one be sent out to you.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
