Where are the games on the talk talk T.V gone? Previously under the extras menu now seemingly removed, please can these features be reinstated to our service a.s.a.p?

Ok thank you, I have since found a selection of games on the homepage, I think once October has past and the Halloween & bhm sub menus have gone then possibly the sub menu might reappear? Just a thought.

Shall I just go ahead and cancel this service now or later?.. we're supposed to be paying for a service that includes games, our son has his cousins visiting and they want to play the games together and now can't. This either requires fixing or explaining and preferably today!

OK, then the only option is a full reset of the box. Press the button on the side of the box 5 times to initiate a full reset.

If you press the home button to bring up the menu along the top, scroll to the left, and in between Recordings and All App, is a Games option.
All the Games should appear under this option.

Nothing of the sort can be seen including any kind of access to google play games neither can any option to install any games or apps, the games I'm referring to were already pre-installed and under a sub menu 'extras'. These have gone.

With the TV HUB, press the Home button, and select ALL APPS.
Any installed content can be found in this section including Games content and Google Play Games.
