Iwanttogetitvx,but myste top ox is an old model.How do I get a new box.I have been with talktalk for years and think you should have enabled me to get ITVX .

Hi

ITV made the decision not to bring the new ITV X App to some older devices, and this also includes the legacy TalkTalk TV Boxes. This was a decision solely by ITV and outside of our control.

There's a £5.00 per month rental instead of the TV charge, but you may manage to get it discounted. You may also have to start a new contract.
