Issues with BBC TV platforms

Can only receive BBC channels via IPlayer.  No issues with Commercial channels .

Hi,
Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"

I have the same problem and now 101 and 102 have disappeared??

Hi Josef, 

 

The 4K tv box will force iplayer if the signal from the aerial is weak, so connect the aerial to your TV and check the BBC channels for any loss of signal.

I'm assuming you have a 4k box as this has been reported to Netgem who hope to release a fix in the next few days.

 

As I understand it channels 101 & 102 work ok.
