I paid for NOW tv as part of my package with talktalk but when I go on line to activate it .it says I have to pay.what am I doing wrong?

Mkdons@.89, it makes no sense to post a reply when it's someone else's thread and the issue was being addressed for the original poster many months back [unless you are one and the same person.... please explain!].

 

You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread. 

 

It will get a response during the week, subject to holidays over the festive period. 

 

You'll also need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. There won't be a response from staff over the weekend.

Hi

 

I'm showing that Now Entertainment has been active from end of April.

 

Are you using the same email address you use for TalkTalk billing to log into your NOW TV account ?
