You sent me a new tv hub box over a year ago. When I telephoned to advise that I was not happy with the replacement box. I was at the time advised that you would send me a voucher to redeem on Amazon for a usb stick? As the new box does not record. (Seems like I've gobe back 10 years). Sky are now offering better deals. Therefore before I look into leaving Talktalk. Whom I have been with for several years. I need a better system of recording as sky offer a recordable box. I would also add that this hub box keeps glitching and freezing half way through viewi g. So annoying.

TalkTalk no longer offer a recordable TV Box and we now only supply the TV HUB.
The industry as a whole is moving towards online streaming content and on demand services.

That sounds like an odd offer to be fair, but how come you have waited over a year before raising this again?
Even Sky are moving towards streaming services these days. But if you want a recordable box at a minimum of £31 then that's your choice. Personally, if you like to like to record stuff, I would look to buy a free standing unit which does not require any ongoing monthly payments.
