Not able to change channel

TV is stuck on one channel can't load up the guide or change the channel can change the volume and turn it off though

So I've only had it for a few weeks and the remote still turns it on and off so the batteries are fine it's just every now and then the TV gets stuck on one channel and it won't let us change it we can still press the voice button and change the volume but can't go to the TV guide or the home sometimes when we unplug the box and plug it back in it works again but this shouldn't be happening

Which box to you have so we can offer advice?

 

Have you tried changing batteries?

 

Have you tried resetting the remote control?
