I subscribe to Now Cinema membership and when I sign in I'm asked for my password, which I can't recall setting. When I try to reset the password my email address is not recognised. Can anyone advise?
TalkTalk do not have access to any NOW usernames or passwords. These are only known to NOW TV, and if you cannot remember your log in details, you will need to chat with NOW directly.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
